Refund policy

I want you to love your purchase — but if you’re not completely satisfied, i'm here to help. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a refund.

If something isn’t right or you’re unhappy with your item, please reach out with your order # anytime via email: store@valleywolf.ca

Then, keep the items and still receive a refund — all I ask is that you share a bit of feedback on what went wrong so I can continue improving future designs. ❤️

Damages & Issues

Please check your order when it arrives and contact me immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so I can make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once I receive your refund request, I'll do a quick review of your request & let you know if it’s approved (did you remember your order #?).

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please email us again at store@valleywolf.ca so we can help.
